Originating in Europe, this strong cat with a muscular build was a great hunter. These cats date back to the time of Roman Emperors. They are active and playful, but can also be quiet and laid back. They are ideal for multi-pet households, first-time cat owners, and families with older children. They vary in color and require moderate grooming. Brushing one to two times per week would be beneficial.
