Norwich Terrier

This little dog loves to hunt and explore. It is independent and adventurous. It is best suited living indoors.

Breed Overview

These small ratting and fox-bolting terriers originated in England during the 1800s. They are active, friendly, affectionate, energetic, amusing, and are always ready for an adventure. They get along well with children and enjoy playing. A daily walk or a short run are great for exercise, and giving them the chance to explore is very exciting for them. They are ideal for those with a good sense of humor and adventure, for families, and for seniors. Their wire coat requires weekly combing as well as dead hair stripping three to four times per year.
